Collecting your Balloons & FAQs
🎈We are family home-based business, all orders must be placed online.
🎈If you are looking for same day collection and it’s after 12noon, just give us a call on 07794 160286 to make sure we can fulfil your order.
🎈Collection times are subject to change, please see the upto date times at check-out.
🎈We offer a curb-side pick-up service, so when collecting just give Sarah a call on 07794 160286 and we’ll pop outside with your balloon(s)!
🎈Please consider the size of your car when collecting large balloons.
🎈If a collection is requested and the balloons are not picked up on the selected date, we are unable to provide a refund as the balloons are perishable and unusable for another customer.
🎈Helium filled foil balloons may shrink in cold air, however they will firm up again once at room temperature.
🎈We use Hi Float in all of our latex balloons to give them lasting power!
🎈We often get asked to inflate balloons that have not been purchased from us. Whilst we’d love to help, we cannot guarantee the quality of the balloon provided. Sadly we are unable to inflate 3rd party balloons.
🎈If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder as it can often be found in there. Alternatively, just give us a call and we can re-send it or confirm the collection information over the phone.

Caring for the Environment 💚
All of our Latex and Bubble balloons are made from biodegradable materials.
Helium balloon gas is a safe, non-flammable, non-toxic gas which is lighter than air.
Balloons use Grade 4 helium - the lowest level of purity on the market.
Don’t let go! Please DO NOT release helium balloons outdoors as it can be really harmful to wildlife.
We encourage you to reuse your balloons. You can insert a straw into the valve of your foil balloon to allow the helium to be released when you have finished enjoying them. Then when you are ready to re-inflate the balloon just fill it with air of helium.
And when you have finished with your balloon(s) please ‘pin it and bin it’.
Always dispose of your balloon(s) responsibly.
We offer a balloon weight recycle service, just pop them in the steel bucket in the porch. Thank you!
